TIPS & TIPPING

We try to keep tipping as simple as possible, especially on treks as it can be very hard to know who is doing what and where people come in and move out especially on longer itineraries. Hence: 

1. Your driver guide: please tip separately. Normally driver guides are with you for the entirety of the longer trip and so refer to itinerary guidelines. For adventures where you are using one of our safari vehicles budget approx $10 per person per day or $30 PER DRIVER GUIDE (for example if there were 4 of you $30 shared between 4 per day is a great guideline).

2. TREKKING GUIDE: discretionary at $10 per person per day or approx $20 per day per group. It is DISCRETIONARY. 

3. CREW: camp crew, cooks, supply car drivers, donkey guides, women washing - IT IS INCLUDED in what we charge they are paid and not told to expect tips. Please advise guests to be consistent with this point.
